Bereits zur Bauma 2019 wurde das große Vorbild des LTM 1110-5.1 vorgestellt. Schnell war den Verantwortlichen von Liebherr klar, dass es dieses Fahrzeug auch im Maßstab 1:50 geben sollte. Die Experten von Conrad aus Kalchreuth nahmen sich der Aufgabe an und kreierten in bestechender Manier ein detailgetreues Abbild des großen Vorbilds. Besonderen Wert legten die Konstrukteure auf eine Ausgewogenheit von Funktionalität und hoher Detailtreue, eine Symbiose die sich durchaus auch ergänzen kann und nicht nur im Gegensatz stehen, wie dieses neue Modell beweist.

Alle Achsen lassen sich lenken und der Allradantrieb via Kardanwellen ist hervorragend nachgebildet. Die Inneneinrichtungen von Fahrerhaus und Oberwagenkabine sind exakt nachgebildet und die Fenster mit ihren schwarz bedruckten Fenstergummis sind passgenau. Damit das Modell auch im aufgebauten Zustand fest steht, lassen sich die vier Stützen ausfahren und die Stützfüße nach unten herausfahren. Sind alle sechs Teleskope voll ausgezogen und die Gittermastspitze montiert, erreicht das Modell eine stolze Höhe von 165 Zentimetern. Ein wahrlich imposantes Modell für einen Fünfachser. Feine und scharfkantige Detaildrucke und zahlreiche Details, von der Auspuffabschirmung bis zum Riffelblech mit seiner feinen Struktur, runden das neue Modell (Art.-Nr. 2120/0) ab. Sammler und Kranfans bekommen das knapp 1.700 Gramm schwere Modell im Liebherr-Shop (www.liebherr.com/liebherrshop/en/deu/ ) oder im gut sortierten Modellbaufachhandel.

The experts from Conrad in Kalchreuth took on the task and created an impressively detailed replica of the large prototype. The designers attached particular importance to a balance of functionality and high attention to detail, a symbiosis that can complement each other and not just contradict each other, as this new model proves.

All axles can be steered and the four-wheel drive via cardan shafts is excellently reproduced. The interiors of the driver's cab and the upper cab are exactly reproduced and the windows with their black printed window rubbers are accurately fitting. To ensure that the model stands firmly when assembled, the four outriggers can be extended and the support legs can be extended downwards. When all six telescopes are fully extended and the lattice mast tip is mounted, the model reaches a proud height of 165 centimeters. A truly imposing model for a five-seater. Fine and sharp-edged detail prints as well as numerous details, from the exhaust shielding to the checker plate with its fine structure, round off the new model (Item No. 2120/0).
