Shipping and payment information for retailer

Delivery is made with DHL or DPD exclusively to the countries listed below (see table). Should there be any delays in delivery, we will of course notify you.

Delivery times

• Germany: The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• EU-countries: The delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Europe Non-EU-countries: Delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Overseas: Delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipping costs

The costs for shipping are determined by the weight of the ordered item or shipping unit. A shipping unit is a carton up to 15.00 kg packing weight. The weight of an article can be found on the respective product page. The shipping costs are shown in the invoice as a net amount. In the table you will find the shipping costs per package up to 15.00 kilograms as a net amount. For some countries, a crisis surcharge per kg must be charged. This is, if applicable, noted in the table. Due to the given circumstances, it is necessary to temporarily charge a special cost surcharge. You will also find this in the table.

Duties and taxes

For information on duties and taxes for locations outside Germany, please refer to the postal information page for your country or region. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. For our customers from Australia, Chile, China, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UK and the USA we will charge a fee of 40.00 for the export certificate for each order from an invoice amount of 1000.00 Euro/net and an additional fee of 20.00 Euro for the movement certificate (EUR1/A.TR.) from an invoice amount of 6000.00 Euro/net. Please bear in mind that exports to the above-mentioned countries involve very extensive preparatory work and costs, which have been covered up to now. We take the liberty of passing on the fees incurred to you, the service for the processing is still taken over by us.

Self-collection

You can also pick up the ordered items directly from us or have them picked up by persons or shipping service providers. This way you have the possibility to collect the goods of several orders and take them over completely. For each order, a flat rate (handling and packaging) of 15.00 euros will be charged.

Terms of payment

We deliver exclusively against invoice. New customers receive an advance payment invoice for each of their first three orders.
