Right to data portability

You may demand the deletion of your personal data which were stored by us  unless their processing is or will be required  for the exercise of the right to the freedom of expression  and information, for  the fulfilment of a statutory obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, the exercise of or the defense against legal claims or titles.

 

Objection to advertising mail

We hereby object to the use of the contact data published as part of the legal notice obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

If you use our contact form

We offer you an opportunity to contact us for questions of whatever kind via a form sheet which is made available on our  website. Additional information can be provided on a voluntary basis. The processing of data which were disclosed to us for the purpose of contacting us will be done on the basis of of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (righteous interests of us as the controller). If the request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract or after-sales services, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

The personal data which we collected in connection with the use of the contact form will be deleted automatically as soon as we will have dealt with and answered your enquiry.

 

Registration on this website

You have an opportunity to register on our website with an indication of your  personal data. Which personal data which are so communicated to us will be apparent on the input mask which is respectively used for your  registration. The personal data which you will have entered will exclusively be collected and saved by us for their internal use for our own purposes. A communication of these data to either one or several order processors, for example a shipping service provider which also uses such personal data exclusively for internal use, may be initiated by us.

The registration on our website will furthermore result in that the IP address which was provided by the internet service provider (ISP) of the individual concerned , as well as the date and time  of the registration  will be stored. The storage  of these data is made for the reason that this is the only way by which it is possible to prevent a misuse of our services  and also for the reason that these data may, if it were to be necessary, also help to  clarify  criminal offenses or copyright infringements which may potentially be, have been, or will be committed. In so far it is a necessity to store these data in order to protect ourselves against possible risks. It is a matter of principle that  these data are not communicated to any third party or parties unless statutory obligations or duties require that the same be communicated, or when their communication to other parties serves for purposes of penal prosecution or the legal pursuit and assertion of rights or titles.

 

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We only process personal data insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content structure or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We only process personal data on the use of our website (usage data) to the necessary extent to enable or charge the user for use of the service.

The customer data collected will be deleted after the order has been completed or the business relationship has ended. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

 

Data transfer at the conclusion a contract for online shops, retailers and shipping

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the credit institution commissioned with the payment processing. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analysis service of Google Inc.  (‘Google”). 6. Plugins and Tools

 

YouTube

Our website uses the Social Plugin of YouTube (which belongs to Google Inc., located in San Bruno/California, USA).  Some of the pages of our  website  have components of YouTube integrated into them. If you visit  a page of our internet site which is equipped  with a YouTube-Plugin, this will build up a connection to Google servers. As a result the Google Server is, amongst other things, advised  which specific page of our internet  site  was visited by you, even though you do not have a profile with YouTube, or if you are not logged in at the given moment.  This information (inclusive of your IP address) is communicated by your browser to directly go  to a Google server in the USA, and is then saved there. If and when you are logged in on  YouTube  Google can directly attribute the visit of our site to your personal profile. We, as a website operator  have no influence on the volume of the  data which YouTube collects by means of this button. According to Google  no personal data  will be collected without a click on the button. It is only with logged-in members that such data (amongst other things the IP address) will be collected and processed. As an offerer of this site we have no knowledge whatsoever of the thus communicated contents of the data and of their use by YouTube.

In our quality of offerer of this page we have no knowledge whatsoever of the contents of the data which were so communicated and of their use by Facebook.

Once you will have clicked the Instagram button this will call up this Social Media Service in a new window where the user may then interact (possibly following a registration) . Your visit of our website and the link with Instagram will not give rise to an exchange of data. 

We draw your attention to the fact that we, in our quality of offerer of these pages, do not obtain  any knowledge of the contents of the data which are so communicated and of their use by Instagram.
